At the end of this training, participants will be able to deliver exceptional service, meet and exceed in flight safety and service needs of customers, handle difficult customer complaints, objections and queries. They will also acquire knowledge on how to prepare pre-flight passenger handling plans and handle emergency situations through simulation exercises (ditching, fire fighting, etc.).
